Why the percentage falls as you grow
Every step up costs more per month but takes a smaller cut — you're buying your percentage back. Start on Ignition at $99 and 8% when cash is tight; move to Back Office at $299 and 4%, or Growth Partner at $599 and 2%, as the work you're winning makes the trade worth it.
The share is calculated on money actually collected through the platform — payments that clear. It is never charged on invoices issued, quotes sent, or work you bill and get paid for somewhere else. If a job never gets paid, there is no share on it.

Is this just another chatbot?
No. A chatbot answers messages. Our system takes actions in your business — booking, invoicing, following up — inside limits you set.
Will the AI ever message my customer without me seeing it first?
Not unless you turn that on. Anything money- or customer-facing starts with your approval required. You can loosen that over time as you get comfortable.
How exactly is the percentage calculated?
On invoices collected through the platform — money that actually lands, not money you've asked for. Nothing is charged on an invoice you issue, and nothing is charged on payments you take outside the system. Ignition is 8%, Back Office 4%, Growth Partner 2%.
What does the free trial include?
Thirty days. We build and run the system on your account before any subscription fee starts, so you can see it working on your own jobs first.
What's the setup fee for?
Before day one we wire the system to your business — your calendar, your pricing, your services, your voice. Ignition has no setup fee at all; on the other two it's a one-time charge we frequently waive.
Can I change plans, or cancel?
Yes to both. Plans are month-to-month, and you can move up or down as your volume changes. See the Terms of Service for details.
